The skinny: Hale is ranked one of the top linebackers in the country, but he has been switched to defensive end for this season. College talk: Hale was recruited by colleges across the country, but has narrowed his list to West Virginia, Michigan, Virginia and Ohio State. Favorite food? Steak.

What music do you listen to before games? I just turn on my iPod and let it run. I listen to everything from rap to R&B, everything.

What do you usually do after a game? Sometimes we go out to eat at Damon's. I usually just try to go out a little bit, chill with my friends and family, then go home and rest up.

People might be surprised to know ... I don't watch football that much at home on TV. I try to get out of the house, hang out with my friends.
