Corn Fritters II
2 eggs, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup corn grated off the cob
Combine ingredients, Drop by spoonfuls into deep hot fat, heated to 375 degrees Serve plain or with maple syrup. Makes 12 to 15 small fritters.
