Quench your thirst with a Peach Smoothie. This recipe takes advantage of the local peaches that are in season. It also calls for pineapple juice, but orange juice works just fine.

6 ounces pineapple juice
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
