PPG Industries named Michael H. McGarry, executive vice president responsible for the global aerospace products and automotive refinish business, as well as the Asia Pacific region and global information technology; Viktor R. Sekmaks, senior vice president, industrial coatings as well as president of PPG Europe, will add executive president overseeing the global protective and marine coatings business to overseeing industrial and packaging coatings businesses and the Europe, Middle East and Africa region; and Cynthia A. Niekamp, senior vice president of automotive OEM coatings, will add oversight of the Latin America region.

NewsRadio 1020 KDKA said Bill Rehkopf will be returning to the station as the new host of "KDKA Afternoon News" beginning Sept. 24 (weekdays, from 3 to 7 p.m.). Rose Ryan-Douglas will continue to anchor the news portions of "KDKA Afternoon News" and will play an integral role in the presentation of the program.
