Mark T. Latterner, executive vice president, regional senior credit officer, Citizens Bank's Mid-Atlantic Region, was elected president of Three Rivers Workforce Investment Board.

U.S. Department of Commerce appointed 16 business leaders to serve a four-year term on the Western Pennsylvania District Export Council (WPADEC). Newly appointed four-year term WPADEC are: Lou Boltik, director, corporate communications, Joy Global; Jim Burd, president and CEO, Preservation Technologies; Andrea Caralis, senior associate foreign exchange, PNC Bank, PNC Capital Markets; Lori Joint, director of government affairs, Manufactures & Business Association; Kevin Jones, president and CEO, Cardinal Resources LLC; Tim Jones, managing director, corporate sales, FedEx Services Inc.; and Mark Reginelli, director of world trade, 84 Lumber. Existing WPADEC members who received re-appointment to serve another four-year term are: Dan Adams, UPS; Gary Carver, Carver International; Lalit Chordia, president and CEO, Thar Technologies; Susanne Cook, director and chair international business group, Cohen & Grigsby; Les Dutka, president, Echo International; Ena Garay, director international sales, Zippo; Tom Maxwell, president, Die Quip; Richard Somiari, president and chief scientific officer, ITSI Bioscience; and Chuck Watson, president, R.L. Swearer.


First National Bank of Pennsylvania, a wholly owned subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp., hired Richard J. Steiner as senior vice president and chief marketing officer.


Gleason & Associates PC promoted Aaryn K. Hogue and Jordan Routch to manager and Patrick Miller to senior consultant.


Forbes Hospital, an affiliate of the Allegheny Health Network, named Amber Egyud, vice president and chief nursing officer.


Pipitone Group hired Scott Witalis as the vice president of client marketing.


The Frick Art & Historical Center elected Nancy Bromall Barry to its board of trustees.

The Board includes family trustees (descendants of Henry Clay Frick) and term trustees. At the Dec. 11, 2013, meeting of the Frick's Board of Trustees, Ms. Bromall Barry was elected to serve as a term trustee.

Ms. Barry is a retired shareholder of Schneider Downs & Co. Inc.
