A free public tour of and talk abut the exhibitions “The Hereditary Estate” and “Homo Bulla” will be given at 6:30 p.m. at Silver Eye Center for Photography by David Oresick, Silver Eye executive director and curator of the two exhibitions. The gallery will be open from 6 to 8 p.m. for discussion and refreshments. Mr. Oresick will explore how these photographers use iconic imagery, large format photography, and subtle narrative qualities to convey powerful ideas, including dark family histories, the temporary nature of existence, and the beauty within these sometimes painful topics.
