Tonight -- 6 p.m., lecture by Gianni Toso, Venetian maestro, who was born in Venice in 1942 into the seventh generation of a glass-blowing family, in 1967 established a studio in the Jewish Ghetto of Venice, and now lives in Baltimore. Friday -- 5:30-9 p.m., reception for "glassweekend '07: in the gallery," Amy Morgan presents the show she curated for this year's GlassWeekend at WheatonArts (formerly Wheaton Village), N.J., comprising 12 artists working in a variety of glass techniques. Saturday -- 3-5 p.m., and Aug. 4, "Photo Safari: Stalking the Stained Glass Windows of the South Side," a two-part photo workshop led by Aaron McGregor, photography instructor, Oakbridge Academy.
