With cooler weather upon us, it's time for hearty, rich, comforting fall flavors! Here's what's dishing on the blogs we follow:
Linda from Dinner Plan-it made spicy and smoky Green Chile Pork Pozole - Crockpot-Style, while Nicole from Yum Yum opted for a warm and filling Oxtail Soup. Slow cooker meals are always a hit on chilly nights!
Liz from Stiller Snacks went for an Away Game London Broil with Potatoes and Peppers ; Culinary Cory enjoyed some Baked Garlic Herb Potato Wedges, while Leah from Brazen Kitchen savored the last plate of summer – Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with Toasted Quinoa, Pesto and Pumpkin Seeds.
On the dessert menu, I dropped the last plums of the season in a nicely sweet and moist Pudding Cake of Honey, Cinnamon, and Plums at Simply Romanesco, whereas Kathy from Chew me! baked a super-buttery Spiced Crumb Cake.
Finally, it's pumpkin season! So, Katy tried chewy and delicious Pumpkin Butter Oat Bars in her BakingDomesticityandAllThingsMini kitchen, and the Brown Eyed Baker shared a generous list of her all-time favorite pumpkin recipes. October is going to be a pumpkin party!
See you here next week!
