Caption Contest 309 ... and the winners of 308

Stacy Innerst is the artist. You are the caption writer.

CapCon 308 [click on second image above] pretended it was a February of old in Pittsburgh, when it was possible to do outdoor ice sculptures in mid-winter. Our winner had fun with the juxtaposition of frozen fowl and car. Results are below.

CapCon309 provides a rather cheesy illustration to challenge your creativity. Send up to three caption possibilities, either via email to page2@post-gazette.com or real mail to Caption Contest/Portfolio, Post-Gazette, 358 North Shore Drive, Suite 300, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15212. Include name and address and identify your municipality or Pittsburgh city neighborhood. Entries must be received by midnight Sunday, March 5. Winners get a Post-Gazette coffee mug, useful for collecting whatever snow occurs in March as a rare keepsake of the winter of 2017.
