Millcraft to build two hotels in Beaver County

A Washington County developer is planning two new hotels near Beaver Valley Mall in Monaca.

Millcraft Hospitality announced today that it intends to build a 100-room, all suites, extended-stay hotel and a 140-room upscale hotel on a 5.5-acre tract of land in the new Stoney Ridge development being completed by Castlebrook Development Inc.

The hotels will be built in two phases, with construction of the extended stay lodgings starting first.
