I-70, Washington County -- PennDOT has begun a $11.6 million, 10-mile resurfacing project between Kammerer Exit and I-79 South Junction. Lane restrictions, delays at times.
I-79, Allegheny County -- PennDOT has reopened the exit ramps from I-79 northbound to Route 65 and lifted the lane restriction on Route 65 in the area of the Neville Island Bridge.
I-279 to North Hills -- HOV lanes closed for first phase of $11.3 million, eight-mile rehabilitation between East Ohio Street and Camp Horne Road. Work that was supposed to be finished early this month has been delayed due to additional repairs on structure carrying the HOV over McKnight Road.
I-376/Parkway East -- Outbound lane closures from Edgewood-Swissvale Interchange to Business Route 22, Monroeville. Restrictions to be lifted no later than 5 a.m. tomorrow.
I-579/Crosstown Expressway -- Single lane northbound from Liberty Bridge to Veterans Memorial Bridge for continuing rehabilitation work. Also, the northbound exit to Seventh Avenue is closed. Restrictions to be lifted by 6 a.m. tomorrow.
Route 19, Marshall -- Single-lane traffic patterns weeknights for repairs on the Pennsylvania Turnpike overpass just south of Cranberry. Late September finish.
Business Route 22, Monroeville/Wilkins -- Mostly off-peak repair, resurfacing work through the business district. Delays on already congested highway.
Route 22, Westmoreland County -- Widening project east of New Alexandria continues, with paving of the closed eastbound lanes. Minor traffic delays expected. Also, lane closures in both directions between Hannastown Road in Murrysville and Route 119, Salem, through mid-October while PennDOT's contractor repairs deteriorated concrete slabs, joints.
Route 28, Etna area -- Year-long project to improve outbound Route 28 from Etna to the Highland Park Bridge under way. Lane closures daily through early August.
Route 50, Green Tree area -- Traffic reduced to single lane each way, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays through early August, between Greentree Road and new Walgreens in Heidelberg, for storm water sewer work. Contractor also will modify traffic islands and install new traffic signals.
Route 837, Duquesne -- Closed in both directions from 7 p.m. today through 6 a.m. tomorrow while a contractor removes an old pedestrian bridge over the highway.
Boulevard of the Allies, Oakland -- Closed outbound east of the Parkway East entrance for interchange reconstruction. Forbes Avenue down to a single lane into Oakland.
Fifth Avenue, East Liberty -- Single lane 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. weekdays at railroad underpass between McPherson Boulevard and Kelly Street, part of the $3.1 million project covering 1.2 miles of Fifth Avenue/Route 8 and Penn Avenue.
Forbes Avenue, South Oakland -- Will be closed 8 p.m.-6 a.m. tomorrow through Wednesday nights between Brady Street and the Parkway East outbound exit ramp to Oakland while crews repair water lines in conjunction with the Boulevard of Allies "gateway" project. Traffic will be detoured to Second Avenue and back to Forbes via Bates Street, the Boulevard of Allies and Craft Avenue.
Lime Hollow Road, Penn Hills -- Closed to all but local traffic through next month after 7 a.m. tomorrow at the Springdale Drive intersection. Crews to replace culvert, cross-pipe and drainage. Follow posted detour.
Mansfield Avenue, Green Tree -- Starting tomorrow, lane toward Carnegie will be closed from School Street to Holiday Drive, through August, while the municipality installs new curbs and sidewalks.
Marshall Avenue, North Side -- Lane closures 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through late August for milling, paving and repairs between California Avenue and Brighton Road.
Racetrack Road, Meadowlands -- Johnson Road and Meadowlands Boulevard closed through Aug. 30 for casino-related construction.
Stanwix Street, Downtown -- Closed for several weeks between Fort Duquesne Boulevard and Penn Avenue for light-rail tunneling work.
Birmingham Bridge -- One lane maintained in both directions on the southbound side while PennDOT replaces rocker bearings on the northbound side.
