Came across this nifty item in an RSS feed I read daily. It's a PCI card that takes up to 4GB in DDR RAM, and it works as a non-volatile RAM drive in your system. Might be a nifty alternative to the flash drive option for Vista.

The coolest part is that it has an on-board battery backup, so your data stays resident even when the power is off or the card is removed from the PC.
