60 Minutes and the geeks

60 Minutes and the geeks

01.28.07

60 Minutes has a piece on tonight about how technology is getting so complicated it is beyond the abilities of the average consumer (a favorite topic of TechMan's.)

Their slant was that people are increasingly hiring geeks to help them.

A transcript of the piece is on the Web site along with a video of an interview with Steve Kroft about making the story.

I can't seem to find a video of the piece itself.
