University of Pittsburgh hosts opening of the Turkish Nationality Room

"It's a great day to be Turkish," said Arol Ablak at the grand opening of the Turkish Nationality Room in the University of Pittsburgh's Cathedral of Learning Sunday. The ambassador of the Republic of Turkey, Namik Tan, was keynote speaker. President of the TNR committee, Malik Tunador, and director of the Nationality Rooms program, Maxine Bruhns, were among those enjoying the music provided by Goo Goo Dolls musician and Turkish-American Korel Tunador, who flew in from California for the dedication.
