Recently we were privileged to be recipients of a Random Act of Kindness.

Our only encounter with this couple was brief conversation while waiting to be seated at Totin’s Diner. Eventually we were seated opposite one another.

Dinners were ordered and when we requested our bill, the waitress informed us that the couple had paid our entire bill — including the tip — and had left the premises.

What a kind and much appreciated gesture. We will pay it forward.
