I would like to thank the very competent staff at the Carnegie libraries. Their cheerful willingness to help in any and every way is so wonderful.
Most often I use the Carnegie Library main branch in Oakland or the Homestead/Munhall branch in my neighborhood.
All of the staff is exceptionally helpful. They have come through for me time and time again. They have educated me in so many ways.
Whether I call or go in person, they display attention to detail. Be it books, DVDs, ready-reference, the music room or IRS tax forms, all of these add up to caring help for the library patrons.
I gratefully and sincerely say: Thank you all so very much.
CHUCK PARNELL
