Banking

First Commonwealth Advisors, the wealth services arm of First Commonwealth Bank, hired Nina M. Baranchuk as senior vice president/chief investment officer.

S&T Bancorp Inc. appointed Gerald Tegethoff and Lisa Long as mortgage loan specialists. Mr. Tegethoff will be based in the bank's Butler office, and Ms. Long will work from the McMurray office.

Credit Union

The Washington Community Federal Credit Union hired Jamie Burgoyne as deposit operations department.

Dwayne J. Bucko was elected to the Advisory Board of the Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.

Foundations

Health

Premier Medical Associates announced that Daniel Goldman, and Anthony G. Johnson, joined the Internal Medicine and Cardiology departments. In addition, Emily M. Caldwell joined as a certified physician's assistant, gastroenterology department.

Arvind Venkat was named vice chair for research and faculty academic affairs in the department of emergency medicine of West Penn Allegheny Health System.

Manufacturing

The National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining announced the addition of three new members to its board of Directors. They are: Thomas R. Kurfess, professor, George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology; Michael D. Packer, vice president, advanced manufacturing development, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics; and Jim Williams, managing director, Paramount Industries, a 3-D systems company.

Nonprofit

Sharon Dorogy, director of information systems at The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh, was re-elected to the board of The Pennsylvania eHealth Initiative.

Professional Services

Heyl & Patterson Inc. promoted Mike Grebinoski, manager, engineering services, and Ray Shore, director of projects.

Derek Stolpa joined Infosys BPO as lead, IT category management, for North America.

PSI promoted John Miller to district manager overseeing its NDE operations in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg and Greensboro, N.C.
