Washington County man running for Congress

A Washington County businessman has entered the Republican primary for a chance to run against Congressman John Murtha.

Tim Burns grew up in Johnstown, Mr. Murtha's home town, and graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

His campaign announcement said he started a technology company that eventually had 400 employees before he sold it in 2003.
