Investigators in Butler County are investigating the suspicious death over the weekend of an unidentified man in Butler Township.
The body of a white male in his mid-20s was found Sunday morning in the basement of a residence at 100 Bessemer Ave., the coroner's office said.
The man had been shot in the head, according to township police.
The owner of the building, which is the former Lyndora Tattoo Shop, was showing the place to a potential buyer when he discovered the body under a tarp inside the basement.
The man is 5-feet, 10-inches tall, and he has tattoos on the backs of each hand.
Police declined to release further information about him.
No arrests have been made.
