BERLIN, Pa. -- Three high school students face expulsion and weapons charges for taking an assault weapon onto school property, state police said.
A 16-year-old and two 17-year-olds are students at Berlin Brothersvalley High School, police said.
Police said they discovered the gun in a vehicle the teenagers had been driving after a witness called to report suspicious activity. An investigation indicated the boys had earlier taken the vehicle onto school property, they said.
