“A Minecraft Movie”: Jack Black and Jason Mamoa star in this action comedy inspired by the popular Minecraft gaming franchise, helmed by "Napoleon Dynamite" director Jared Hess.
“Snow White”: Rachel Zegler stars in this live-action musical adaptation of the 1937 animated Disney feature that has a modern sensibility and execution but faithfully vintage style.
“The Monkey”: Twin brothers reckon with the wrath and wreckage that a cursed toy monkey brings into their lives in this horror flick from filmmaker Osgood Perkins.
“Novocaine”: Action-comedy starring Jack Quaid as an assistant bank manager who can't feel pain, which comes in handy after robbers take his coworker (Amber Midthunder) hostage and he has to go after them.

“Transplant” (NBC, 8 p.m.): Bash (Hamza Haq) forgoes an opportunity and finds himself working a case where things are not as they appear. Then, Mags (Laurence Leboeuf) returns to York Memorial. And, June (Ayisha Issa) struggles with losses in both her personal and professional life.
“Welcome to Wrexham” (FX, 9 p.m.): After two back-to-back promotions, all the pressure is on Wrexham A.F.C. to do it once again. However, the EFL's League One is no cakewalk. In this season finale, can actors and co-owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney lead Wrexham to further success?
“Alone” (History, 9 p.m.): Three episodes in, the survivalists finally realize the gravity of the situation as the intense heat and lack of shade forces them to focus on securing water or risk dehydration. Will the survivalists be able to make it out of this dire situation?
Women's International Soccer Friendlies (9 p.m., TBS, TruTV): The U.S. Women's National Team takes on the Republic of Ireland at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colo., for the first time since 2023 when the U.S. swept Ireland ahead of the FIFA World Cup. Ireland is one of the best teams in Europe.
“Secrets of the Bunny Ranch” (A&E, 10 p.m.): This season finale explores the political ambitions of Moonlite Bunny Ranch owner Dennis Hof as he runs for a seat in the Nevada State Assembly. However, dark secrets revealed during the campaign threaten to destroy Hof and his legacy.

“Squid Game” (Netflix): The third and final season of the thriller series follows Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) after losing his best friend in the game and being driven to utter despair by The Front Man (Lee Byung-hun).
“Smoke” (Apple TV+): Taron Egerton and Jurnee Smollett star in this miniseries inspired by Firebug, a podcast about the crimes of arsonist John Leonard Orr.
Mets vs. Pirates: The New York Mets travel to PNC Park for a three-game series. 6:40 p.m. (SportsNet Pittsburgh) Games follow at 4:05 p.m. Saturday and 1:35 p.m. Sunday.
2025 NHL Draft (ESPN, 7 p.m.): As teams look to make quality additions in the off-season, there is no more important moment than tonight's NHL Draft. While there isn't a consensus first-overall pick this year, it looks like the New York Islanders will select Matthew Schaefer No. 1.
“My Mom, Jayne” (HBO, 8 p.m.): Nearly 60 years ago, Mariska Hargitay's mother, Jayne Mansfield, was killed in a horrific car accident that also took the lives of Mansfield's boyfriend and chauffeur. In this documentary, Hargitay looks for answers as she comes to terms with that loss.
“American Masters” (PBS, 9 p.m.): This documentary covers the life and work of Hannah Arendt, who's considered to be the most influential and provocative political thinker of the 20th century. Hannah's life provides a shining example on how one should act during dark times.
Saturday
X Games Salt Lake City 2025 (ABC, 1 p.m.): The world's best skateboarders, BMX riders and more descend upon Salt Lake City for the 2025 X Games. Talented athletes will compete in various events, such as BMX Park, BMX Street, Skateboard Vertical and Moto X Best Whip, looking for rarified air.
“The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie” (HBO, 8 p.m.): After their antics at a local bubble-gum factory uncovers an alien plot to take over the world, Porky Pig and Daffy Duck are reluctantly thrusted into being the last line of defense against this cosmic threat. Will they be able to overcome the odds?
“Double Indemnity” (TCM, 8 p.m.): Walter Neff (Fred MacMurray), an insurance salesman, helps Phyllis Dietrichson (Barbara Stanwyck) kill her husband (Tom Powers), so they can claim his life insurance. However, things quickly spiral out of control when they arouse suspicion.

2025 U.S. Senior Open Championship (WPXI, 2 p.m.): Age before beauty as the world's best mature golfers hit the links for the final round of the 2025 U.S. Senior Open Championship at Broadmoor Golf Club's East Course in Colorado Springs, Colo. Richard Bland won last year in a four-hole playoff.
“My Sister's Double Life” (LIFE, 8 p.m.): Chelsea's (Sarah Grey) sister fails to return home after a night shift at a diner. As she tries to convince the police she has been abducted, she discovers her own life is in danger and she must race against the clock in order to avoid her own murder.
“Nautilus” (AMC, 9 p.m.): Don't call it a mutiny. Some of the crew look to leave the Nautilus and swim to shore. But once there, they are discovered by the company and forced to return to the ship. Ready or not, the submarine must head out to sea in order to avoid being captured.
