Free Tibet, a London-based activist group, said that Lhamo Tseten, 24, burned himself to death on Friday. It was the fourth self-immolation this week in an area that Tibetans call Sangchu County, and that the Chinese identify as Xiahe in Gansu Province. On Saturday, another activist group reported a fifth self-immolation. China has offered a reward of $7,700 for information about anyone orchestrating the immolations.
