A Washington County man was arrested Tuesday after police said he raped and did drugs with a 15-year-old girl who ended up hospitalized for an overdose.

Michael J. Vallor, 21, of Eighty Four, was arraigned Tuesday evening on charges of rape, possession with intent to deliver, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, child endangerment and corruption of minors.

In a news release, state police said Mr. Vallor and the girl smoked marijuana and K2, a synthetic form of the drug, on Monday evening and then had sex at a tanning salon. Mr. Vallor and another friend hung out with the girl until 5 a.m. Tuesday, when they dropped her off at her house in West Brownsville and left her on the front porch covered with a blanket.

Her mother's boyfriend found her there "in medical distress." She was flown to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, where she was treated for a drug overdose.

Mr. Vallor's bond was set at $15,000. He remained in the Washington County Jail today, unable to make bond, according to online court records. mobilehome - breaking - neigh_washington
