If you're looking for broadcast reports about the Vatican concert, WQED-FM senior executive producer Jim Cunningham is filing twice-daily radio reports at 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The first aired Thursday night.

WQED Multimedia also is planning a special one-hour edition of "On Q" about the Pittsburgh Symphony concert for the pope in early April. The show's managing editor and correspondent, Michael Bartley, along with "On Q" and KDKA anchor Stacy Smith, is in Rome, as are other staffers from WQED Multimedia.

WQED also is hoping to provide a special to PBS for national airing. There is talk about a DVD being issued later in the year, but those details have yet to be worked out and announced.
