Two people who auditioned locally for a talent contest on "The Caroline Rhea Show" (11 a.m. weekdays, WPXI) have made it to the semi-finals and will perform on the show today. Beginning at 10 a.m. Thursday, viewers can call to vote on the best performances at 1-866-556-3001.
Pittsburgher Jayson Bridges (real name: Jason Chiusano) is a 19-year-old aspiring country music singer who manages his father's karaoke bar. Sonya Carter, 32, has been singing since age 7. She is a single mother from Johnstown who works as a corrections officer.

A new batch of "South Park" episodes begins airing this week in the show's usual 10 p.m. Wednesday time slot on Comedy Central. ... PBS's "Dragonfly TV" will film an upcoming episode at the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium tomorrow and Thursday.
