Roads on a 3.1 mile circuit around Heinz Field were closed this morning as 3,000 runners, walkers and dog walkers dressed as elves or wearing antlers completed the Jingle Bell Run-Walk for the Arthritis Foundation.
The signature garb for the 5K race is bells on the runners' shoes, although the winners stuck to standard gear.
First through the finish line by a considerable distance was 25-year-old Daniel Spaulding of Valencia. His unofficial time was estimated at 13.30.
Roads were expected to fully reopen around 11 a.m.
