Dana Holgorsen announced on his twitter page Friday night he has hired former Marshall assistant JaJuan Seider to coach the running backs at West Virginia.

Seider replaces former assistant Robert Gillespie, who left for the same job at Tennessee last week.

Holgorsen tweeted: "Welcome Home WVU grad JaJaun Seider as WVU RB Coach. The T.E.A.M. is finally ready for Sunday's Spring FB #1."

Seider is a West Virginia graduate who started his football career with the Mountaineers before transferring to Florida A&M. He returned to serve as a graduate assistant at West Virginia before joining the Herd staff in January of 2010.

Seider is the fifth assistant coach to be hired this offseason by Holgorsen.
