Video: Steelers president talks of Myron Cope's enduring legacy

The Steelers memorialized Myron Cope at an afternoon news conference in which team president Art Rooney II called the longtime broadcaster "a close friend."

Mr. Cope, who died Tuesday of respiratory failure at the age of 79, was part of the Steelers' broadcast team for 35 years.
"Myron's legacy will live on in many ways," Mr. Rooney said, citing the Terrible Towel in particular as emblematic of the Steelers and their immense legion of fans.
Sales of the Terrible Towel benefited charity, which Mr. Rooney termed "a lasting memorial" to the broadcast legend.
