The Steelers made sure they retained their top three cornerbacks from last season when they agreed on Sunday to terms on a one-year contract with nickel back William Gay.
Gay, a restricted free agent, cannot begin practicing with the team until Thursday under the new rules set forth by the league.
Former New England Patriots tight end Daniel Graham, who visited the team on Saturday, left without signing a contract. He is going to visit other teams. The Steelers are looking for a No. 2 tight end to replace Matt Spaeth, who signed with the Bears.
