Former Steelers assistant Arians released from hospital

Indianapolis Colts offensive coordinator Bruce Arians has been released from an Indianapolis hospital tonight and is back home after suffering what he called an inner-ear problem that caused him to miss Sunday's playoff loss to the Baltimore Ravens.
"I'm feeling a lot better," said Arians, a former Steelers offensive coordinator.
Arians, 60, is considered a top candidate to become a head coach after stepping in for ailing Coach Chuck Pagano and leading the Colts to a 9-3 record and a wild-card playoff spot.
He will interview on Sunday with the Chicago Bears and has received permission to speak with the Cleveland Browns sometime next week. He is also considered a leading candidate with the San Diego Chargers, who today hired the Colts' vice president of football operations, Tom Telesco, to be their general manager.
Arians was hospitalized in Baltimore Sunday morning when he complained of dizziness and nausea at the team hotel. He had many of the same symptons three days earlier when he had to leave the Colts practice and go to a local hospital for treatment.
He was kept overnight in Baltimore because doctors were concerned that his blood pressure was so high. Arians flew back to Indianapolis on the private plane of team owner Jim Irsay and was admitted to a hospital there for more testing.
Arians said all the tests "were very good," though it wasn't determined what caused the inner-ear problem.
