The Big Ten took notice of what may have been the best game of Penn State quarterback Matt McGloin's best season, naming him the conference's co-offensive player of the week.
He finished Saturday's game against Indiana with a career-high 395 passing yards and four touchdowns. In the game, he set the Penn State single-season record for completions and passing yards and the career record for passing touchdowns.
It is McGloin's second Big Ten player of the week award.
In 2011, he was named offensive player of the week after a Penn State victory against Eastern Michigan in which he threw for 220 yards and three touchdowns.
