The Freeh report on the actions of Penn State University in connection with the child abuse committed by former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky will be released Thursday in Philadelphia.

Judge Louis Freeh said in a press release that the report will be published online at 9 a.m., followed by a press conference at 10 a.m. to discuss the findings and recommendations in the report.

Judge Freeh and his law firm, Freeh Sporkin & Sullivan were hired in November by Penn State's Board of Trustees to conduct the independent investigation.
