Zanna, Robinson and Adams lead Gold team to victory at annual Pitt men's basketball scrimmage

Junior forward Talib Zanna scored 20 points, freshman point guard James Robinson added 15 and freshman center Steven Adams contributed 14 to lead the Gold team over the Blue team, 65-55, in Pitt's annual men's basketball scrimmage today at the Petersen Events Center.
Adams also had 11 rebounds for the Blue team, which took an early lead and ran away from the Gold team that was led by senior point guard Tray Woodall and junior forward Lamar Patterson. Woodall had 16 points and Patterson 15.
Pitt's first exhibition game is Oct. 26 against IUP at the Petersen Events Center.
