Todd Graham got his first victory as the Panthers coach Saturday - 35-16 over Buffalo - but he also received some good news on the recruiting front as Penn Hills receiver Corey Jones made a verbal commitment Saturday night to Pitt.

Jones, who is 5 feet 9, 165 pounds, chose the Panthers over offers from West Virginia, Cincinnati, Maryland, Miami (Fla.) and Kansas.
