Spring Synopsis: Maholm to reset Pirates

Day 25: The Pirates were off yesterday, the first of three off-days this spring.
Today: Paul Maholm will start against the Toronto Blue Jays' Roy Halladay, 1:05 p.m., in Dunedin, Fla. Jeff Karstens, Matt Capps, Donnie Veal, Evan Meek and Juan Mateo will follow.
Camp roster: 53, with 26 pitchers, five catchers, 13 infielders and nine outfielders.
Meet me in St. Louis: 27 days until the opener.
