Former Penguins general manager Craig Patrick is among nine people on the Coyotes' list for a new GM and is expected to interview in Phoenix, according to newspaper reports.

Patrick, a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, was with the Penguins from 1989 until he was fired after the 2005-06 season. His run included the team's two Stanley Cup championships.

Phoenix fired GM Mike Barnett -- the former agent of Coyotes coach and owner Wayne Gretzky -- after the team missed the playoffs for the fourth season in a row. Interviews are expected to begin today.
