East Region top seed Syracuse will play No. 8 seed Kansas State at 12:15 p.m. Saturday in the third round of the NCAA Tournament at the Consol Energy Center.

No. 2 seed Ohio State will face No. 7 seed Gonzaga 30 minutes following the end of the Syracuse-Kansas State game.
