South Xtra: Hagy honored for thrid year in row

By virtue of his selection as the Post-Gazette's Male High School Athlete of the Year for the entire readership area -- which was announced in Sunday's editions -- Mt. Lebanon's Luke Hagy likewise wins that distinction for the PG's South Xtra area.
A three-sport standout -- football, basketball and baseball -- Hagy has earned the South Xtra award three years in a row. A recent Mt. Lebanon graduate, he will enroll at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y., for the approaching academic year.
