City League Roundup: University Prep wins

No. 1 University Prep (4-0, 4-1) held winless Westinghouse (0-4, 0-7) to one first down Friday at Cupples Stadium en route to an easy win in the City League.
Myles Catlin led University Prep with three touchdowns, while Akil Young passed for 150 yards. Catlin scored via a 12-yard reception, a 1-yard run and a 12-yard interception return.
University led, 27-0, in the first quarter and 45-0 at halftime and outgained Westinghouse, 301-82, in offensive yardage.

Allderdice 32, Carrick 14
Patrick Ferguson rushed for 104 yards and two touchdowns for host Allderdice (3-4, 2-2), which evened its record in the City League against winless Carrick (0-4, 0-7). Allderdice, which snapped a two-game losing streak, outrushed Carrick, 183-27.
