Want to know how to make a disc fly better? Who better to ask than Acadia Klain, the co-captain of Carnegie Mellon University's Ultimate Frisbee women's team.
The sport of Ultimate combines the fluidity and pace of soccer with the aerial passing skills of football. The object of the game is to score by catching a pass in the opponent's end zone. Ultimate is played in more than 42 countries.
In this video, Ms. Klain demonstrates the three basic throws of Ultimate: the backhand, the forehand flip and the overhead hammer throw.
