Hoping to remedy an everyday annoyance -- the management of medications and vitamins -- the health and wellness company Sabi has developed a range of products. Created by the industrial designer Yves Béhar, they can be used to dispense, organize, carry, crush and cut pills. With shapely, ergonomic curves, the pieces are intended to be easily used by an aging population, but visually appealing to all generations.

"Behind the design of the products is this idea that they're not to be hidden in bathroom drawers," Mr. Béhar said. "They should be displayed proudly."

Those available now include Folio ($24.99), a pill organizer that resembles a notebook, above right; and Grand Carafe ($14.99), a water bottle with an oversized cap for storing pills, above left. For information on the full line: (650) 485-2850 or sabi.com.
