Nakama signed to lease for North Side restaurant

Nakama, a chain of Japanese restaurants that has a South Side site, will occupy the first floor of the former Masonic Hall on North Avenue in the Central Northside.
The lease agreement was signed Thursday, said Craig Totino, a principal of Collaborative Ventures, one of the developers.
Mayor Luke Ravenstahl will hold a ceremony to celebrate the first lease at 11 a.m. Monday at the site.
