Iron Chef Airport? Symon to open Pittsburgh comfort-food spot

Airmall USA, a developer and manager of airport retail, food and beverage operations, announced today that Iron Chef Michael Symon, restaurateur, cookbook author and co-host of ABC's new food-focused talk-show "The Chew," will open a restaurant at Pittsburgh International Airport this spring.

Mr. Symon owns a number of restaurants in the Cleveland area including Lola, Lolita, and a small chain of gourmet burger shops, B Spot, as well as Roast in Detroit, Mich.

Bar Symon, which will be located in the central core of the airport, will serve creative comfort food, including the signature Lola Burger topped with a fried egg and pickled red onions.
