Corporate Planners
Corporate Planners' three-day excursions to New York to see the Tony-nominated Broadway musical are by bus.
The trip costs $575 for a single room at the Hilton Hotel, Elizabeth, N.J., and includes play ticket and two catered breakfasts and one dinner. Other rates are available for sharing hotel rooms.
Groups typically leave about 6 a.m. on Friday and return around midnight Sunday.
It departs from a public lot at the Parkway Center Mall in Green Tree, where patrons are able to leave their cars.
Company owner Denise Norris contacts all travelers several times at least a month before travel, sharing updates via e-mail. Because she's been so closely associated with the musical, her pilgrims get some of the best seats in the house.
On June 22, there is another excursion planned for "Color Purple." On Sept. 14, a trip to see "Jersey Boys" is planned.
