Tomorrow night, founder Tom Pastorius says farewell as he retires from the Penn Brewery on the North Side after 22 years. It's the 19th anniversary of the opening of the restaurant. They'll mark the occasion with prizes, a German buffet and music and, at 8 p.m., Mr. Pastorius' final toast there.
