Richard Chen restaurant in East Liberty has closed.
The pan-Asian fine dining establishment held its grand opening Aug. 12, 2008, and became known for its refined versions of popular Chinese dishes as well as its elegant and creative desserts.
Owner Richard Chen said he will be devoting more time to his restaurant Wing Lei at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas.
