Danielle Hileman, 27, and Doug Mueller, 28, wed on July 25, 2009. They now reside in Butler.

Q: How did you meet?

Danielle : We met at Primanti Brothers in Cranberry Township. I sat down at the bar next to Doug and the rest, as they say, is history!

Q: Who introduced you?

Danielle : No one introduced us. We kept sneaking glances at each other until we found enough courage to engage in the usual small talk.

Q: Where did you each grow up?

Danielle : I grew up in Scott Township. Doug grew up in Bainbridge, New York

Q: Who proposed? How?

Danielle : Doug proposed.??We had already picked out and ordered the ring together, but I didn't know that it was finally in after waiting a month.??Doug and my mom worked together to get the ring from Downtown Pittsburgh all the way up to West Sunbury where he was working. I had made dinner that night and I kept waiting and waiting for Doug to arrive. When he finally got home, we sat down to eat and he pulled the ring out of his pocket and proposed!

Q: Where were you married? Why did you choose that site?

Danielle : We were married at St. Paul Cathedral in Oakland. We picked that site because of its beautiful architecture.

Q: Where's the reception and honeymoon? Why did you choose those sites?

Danielle : The reception was at the LeMont. The beautiful scenery and attention to detail made LeMont an easy choice!?? We honeymooned in Las Vegas because neither of us had been there before and we wanted to do something a little different.

Q: What was the best part? The worst?

Danielle : The best part was the ceremony. It was so special to have Archabbot Douglas Nowicki perform our marriage ceremony.?? Another highlight was the amazing wedding cake that made me cry!?? The worst part was how quickly the day flew by.

Q: Who came the farthest?

Danielle : Doug's Aunt Helga from Germany.

Q: What was new, blue, borrowed at your wedding?

Danielle : New was the dress,??blue was the garter and borrowed was the gorgeous crystal crown that my grandmother wore at her wedding.

Q: Who was your favorite wedding vendor? Why?

Danielle : All of my vendors were amazing. Bill Laughlin and crew at LeMont made the reception seamless. Bob Fenoglietto created the most gorgeous wedding cake. Mark May, our photographer, did an excellent job of remaining "behind the scenes." Our band, No Bad JuJu, kept the crowd on the dance floor. And Rich from AllPro USA captured all of the little moments on video!

Q: What's the most creative wedding present you were given?

Danielle : A co-worker of my Dad's gave us a beautiful handmade stained glass box with our wedding invitation on top.
