Buy one, get one light bulb event set

Duquesne Light is sponsoring a "buy one, get one free" light bulb event at three area Home Depot locations on Saturday to promote energy efficient bulbs.
The electric company will be handing out a free 60-watt compact fluorescent lamp (CFL) bulb for every CFL bulb purchased. The BOGO events last from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the following Home Depot stores:
East Liberty -- 400 N. Highland Ave.
West Mifflin -- 9971 Mountain View Drive
Monroeville -- 3550 William Penn Highway
A CFL bulb uses 75 percent less energy than its standard incandescent counterpart, the company said. That can add up to an average of $30 in savings over a bulb's lifetime.
There's a limit of six free bulbs per customer.
