I do not care whom you vote for. If you feel Mitt Romney is good, then campaign for him, send him money and pull his lever this November, but please be fair. America is better than it was four years ago.

The Dow has gone from the high 7000's to over 13,000, the housing market has rebounded, our 401(k) plans have gained value, the banks are not failing any longer, housing foreclosures are less, the dollar is no longer on the brink of collapse, the auto industry is not closed, Osama bin Laden is dead, the combat mission in Iraq is over and we have a date to leave Afghanistan. Are all our problems solved? No -- we still are a work in progress.

A friend said to me that he feels a certain segment of Americans have a short-term memory deficit. He may be correct, but more accurately I would say some Americans are very childlike in their judgment. They sit in the back seat of the car, faces covered with chocolate, juice boxes strewn on the floor and whine and rant, "Why aren't we there yet?" It is time for some to grow up!
