Regarding George F. Will's Feb. 15 column ("Manufactured Crisis: Sequester Hysteria Is All About a Relatively Small Reduction"):

In his rambling article, Mr. Will delves into all manner of phrases about the president being a hysteric, crying out about the spending cuts under the sequester. Over and over again, he shouts that President Barack Obama is frightening the American people about little or nothing -- ranting about what Mr. Will says is actually a hamster rather than a wolf.

And he writes about all that money Mr. Obama keeps spending. But Mr. Will has a short memory. Early on, he wrote about backing the Iraq War financially in positive columns. He conveniently ignored the trillion-dollar debt run up by the conservatives in Congress and the White House from 2000 to 2008 during the Iraq War. Yet now he rants again about the president, without owning up to the mess created by the false advertising of the war by Mr. Will and others like him.
